Loughwell farm park is not a petfarm, we are mainly for play, however do we have some friendly animals such as our Kune Kune pigs, miniature ponies, sheep, goats, chickens, deer, and alpacas. Children enjoy our daily animal activities such as feeding the alpacas, cuddling rabbits.
Our outdoor play areas provide endless adventure for children and families. Race on our go-karts, bounce on the Happy Hopperz, swing on timber playgrounds, zip along the zip wire, and enjoy the didi cars. Inside the Playbarn, over 12,000 square feet of indoor play await. Climb, slide, and explore our mega indoor play structure, featuring some of the best slides in Ireland. Can adults use the facilities?
The indoor play structure at Loughwell Farm Park is built for both adults and children so parents can have as much fun on our mega slides as their kids.
Adults can attend all daily activities, Animal Feeding, Self- guided Fairy Walk.
Can we bring a picnic?
You are more than welcome to bring your own picnic to Loughwell Farm Park and eat it in our picnic marquee or on the many outdoor picnic areas throughout the farm.
Can we feed the animals?
We have a daily schedule of animals activities which includes hand feeding the Alpacas. As all our animals are on a special diet, we ask you not to feed them outside these times.
Do you have a restaurant?
Yes we have a restaurant which serves a variety of hot and cold drinks, snacks and homemade meals. The restaurant is located with the large playbarn.
How long can we stay at Loughwell Farm Park?
Your booking entitles you to three hours in our indoor setting (due to restricted numbers) but you may stay as long as you want outdoors. We will be operating a coded wristband system indoors.
Is Loughwell Farm Park suitable for very small children?
Under 18 months are free at Loughwell Farm Park but they are too young to use the mega slides and barrell train.
Is the farm wheelchair accessible?
Yes it is. We have tar and chip paths and other walkways throughout the farm.
What if it is raining?
We have over 12000 square feet of indoor entertainment so you are guaranteed a fun time no matter the weather.
