Loughwell Farm Park makes every possible effort to provide a safe and fun environment for both you and your children to enjoy but Loughwell Farm Park is not a crèche or daycare centre.

Parents/ Guardians RISK ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FORM while at Loughwell Farm Park

I understand that parents and guardians must supervise their children while visiting Loughwell Farm Park and ensure they are following the rules of play and safety signs throughout the farm AT ALL TIMES. Please note – Our staff are here to help with any concerns you may have, but cannot take responsibility for any children playing. Parents are permitted to take photographs of their own children only.

I understand that Loughwell Farm Park is a play at your own risk establishment and that all injuries or accidents are the responsibility of the parents/ guardian. I release Loughwell Farm Park and all associates from liability of accident.

COVID 19: I will not enter Loughwell Farm Park if I or any members of my group show any symptoms of Covid-19 as advised by the HSE. I understand that although Loughwell Farm Park has adhered to all advice, Loughwell Farm Park cannot guarantee that we will be entirely Covid -19 safe due to circumstances outside their control. I understand that it is each individuals responsibility to play their part by practicing social distancing and proper cough/ sneeze etiquette.
