Loughwell Farm Park is open from 11am to 5pm, and you are welcome to stay and enjoy the full day. The time you select when booking your tickets is the time you will enter Winter Wonderland to begin your journey with Santa. It is very important that you arrive on time, as we operate on a strict schedule with Santa. Tickets cannot be transferred or refunded.
