Birthday Parties at Loughwell Farm Park

How much per child?

Our party package is €17.95 per child (incl meal, homemade popcorn & drink)

We have decided to take some steps to become more environmentally friendly. As an alternative to our party bags (which contained plastic wrappers) we will provide fresh homemade popcorn in paper bags instead.This is both healthier for the children and better for the environment,

From now on every party will be provided with fresh homemade popcorn and not the traditional party bags. 

How much per adult?

You get two free adults, all extra adults up to a maximum of one adult per child cost €2.00 each. Please encourage parents of children invited to drop and collect where possible.  Additional adults will be charged full price €7.50 e.g. party with 16 children, you get 2 adults free, then 14 adults are €2.00 each. All other adults cost €7.50 each.

How many children can we have?

You have to have a minimum of 8 kids to avail of the party package.

What if I have less than eight children? 

If you have less than 8 children, you can still have the best party at Loughwell Farm Park. You can choose the party package and pay for a minimum of 8 children—you will still get 8 party meals. Or you can book regular entry online for the children and adults and bring along your cake to celebrate at Loughwell.

What facilities can we use?

All the indoor and outdoor facilities are included in the party package as well as our list of daily activities (supplement payable for seasonal events eg Halloween show, Easter Show, and Santa at Christmas)

Is there a set schedule for the party?

The party coordinator will greet you on arrival and go through the various activities (animal activities, barrel train, etc) that are on for the duration of your party. We can work the mealtime around the activities you choose to go to. You will be allocated your table for the duration of the party so you can serve the birthday cake (if you are bringing one) when suits you. Most parties have the cake after the meal but it’s completely up to you.

What is the party meal?

The children get a mixture of sausages/nuggets/chips and a drink. All the children get the same meal.

There is an option of pasta/ tomato based sauce/cheese ( all served separately) instead.

You can indicate which meal you want on the booking form.

Do you have food for adults?

Yes we have a full restaurant serving a delicious selection of meals and snacks. We also serve adult party platters of food— you can ask your party supervisor for details on the day.

What if any of the children have food allergies?

We take food allergies seriously. Just let us know if there are any particular allergies that you know of in the party (if you don’t know in advance you can tell us on the day.

Do you have invitations?

Do I need to bring anything?

All you need to bring is the cake, candles and the children!! Loughwell also provides Ice cream cakes which need to be preordered.

Can I decorate the party table with themed banners, plates, cups etc?

We have the party child’s name with some balloons on the table but you are more than welcome to bring any additional decorations with you,
