Birthday Parties at Loughwell

All birthday parties must be booked through this online booking system and cannot be booked by phone or email.

About Our Birthday Parties:

Each party includes full access to all indoor and outdoor activities at Loughwell Farm Park — enjoy our indoor soft play with mega slides plus go-karts, sand pits, happy hoppers, outdoor playgrounds, ziplines etc outdoors.

🎉 Party Duration:
All parties last two hours, which includes food and playtime. After your two-hour session, we kindly ask that tables are vacated for the next party — but you’re very welcome to stay and enjoy all the outdoor activities afterwards for as long as you wish.

❤️What’s Included:

-Chicken nuggets, chips and a drink OR pasta with sauce and cheese

-Jugs of MiWadi with food

-Access to all indoor and outdoor play areas

(Please note: Pasta is not on our normal menu, so meal options cannot be mixed. The whole party must have either nuggets and chips or pasta — individual meal choices are not possible.)

🍽️ Food, Timing & Cake:

-We recommend eating exactly one hour into your party, as this is when children usually start to get hungry. However, if you’d prefer to eat at a different time, you’re welcome to decide on the day — no need to email in advance.

-A full hot food restaurant is available — adult meals can be ordered on the day.

-As we have a full menu, external adult food is not permitted.

-You may bring your own cake; however, for allergen safety reasons, Loughwell staff cannot take cakes behind the counter.

-We provide napkins, a blunt knife to cut the cake, and paper plates for your convenience.

⚠️ Allergies ;

Loughwell Farm Park is very allergy conscious. Please check with parents of attending children for any allergies and advise the counter staff on the day. Our team will correspond directly with the kitchen to ensure all needs are handled safely.

📅 Booking Information:

 -Book the minimum party package and add extra children later if needed.

-If you’ve booked for 10 children and will have 10 attending, there’s no need to confirm.

-If you’ll have more than booked, please email info@loughwellfarmpark.ie at least 3 days before your party so we can reserve enough table space.

💫 Morning parties are usually quieter — ideal for little ones who prefer a calmer celebration.

⏰ Opening Times:

Loughwell Farm Park opens at 11:00am on the dot. As we are a working farm with machinery on site, entry before 11am is not permitted. For 11am parties, entry begins exactly at 11:00am.

🐑 Animal Activities:

We run animal activities throughout the day, and birthday parties are more than welcome to join in!

🌧️ We can’t promise sunshine (it is Galway after all!) but we can promise a brilliant day out – just bring your rain gear and plenty of festive spirit.
