Parents/ Guardians RISK ACKNOWLEDGEMENT FORM while at Loughwell Farm Park

I understand that parents and guardians must supervise their children while visiting Loughwell Farm Park and ensure they are following the rules of play signs and safety signs throughout the farm AT ALL TIMES. Please note – Our staff are here to help with any concerns you may have, but cannot take responsibility for any children playing. Parents are permitted to take photographs of their own children only.

I understand that Loughwell Farm Park is a play at your own risk establishment and that all injuries or accidents are the responsibility of the parents/ guardian. I release Loughwell Farm Park  and all associates from liability of accident.

COVID 19 : Please understand that you should not enter Loughwell Farm Park if you or any members of your group show any symptoms of Covid-19 as advised by the HSE. Please understand that although Loughwell Farm Park has adhered to all advice, Loughwell Farm Park cannot guarantee that you will be entirely Covid -19 safe due to circumstances outside their control. Please understand that it is each individuals responsibility to play their part by practising social distancing and proper cough/ sneeze etiquette. 

 I understand that I need to have a digital Vaccination Cert to eat indoors for those adults in my group. I understand that I may be asked to produce my digital vaccination certificate. 

Please understand and accept that once purchased these tickets are non-refundable. Please understand and accept that the Rules of Play which are clearly displayed throughout  Loughwell Farm must be adhered to for the safety of children and adults. Please understand that Children MUST BE SUPERVISED by a parent or guardian AT ALL TIMES while at Loughwell Farm Park to ensure the children under their care abide by the rules (CLEARLY DISPLAYED) while using any of the indoor or outdoor activities, in particular as accidents while playing are unavoidable. Please note – Our staff are here to help with any concerns you may have, but cannot take responsibility for any children playing. Parents are permitted to take photographs of their own children only.
